My Facial Experience at Pond’s Skin Centre

When I made my blog I planned that one thing I would do is to make posts about the best pampering places in Karachi and Hyderabad (as I visit that place often). Who does not want to pamper themselves with a facial to get their skin into right shape?  Here is the first post of the Best Pampering Places. Today I am going to share my experience of getting facial and pedicure done at Pond’s Skin Centre at Forum Mall. I had a complementary voucher of facial which I mentioned here and I went to redeem it and after getting the facial I had to right a review of how great it was (Pond’s Didn’t ask me to do this). I was welcomed very warmly by cosmetologist Shahida Zia and was taken into facial room which was very neat well equipped, soft music were playing with aroma therapy candles. Let me tell you guys this was the first time I was getting facial done from there and after a long time too. After the skin examination the attendant suggested that I should have The Red Velvet Facial ( suitable for my sensitive skin) and Eye Treatment which actually shocked me. I have never ever had any eye treatment in my entire life nor I had any complaints of dark circles under my eyes. This time it was different as it is impossible for me have a proper 6 to 8 hour of sleep session due to my little baby and dark circles have started to appear under my eyes.. *Sigh*

Facial Treatment: Lets come to the facial it began with Cleansing, Toning, Ex foliate, steam and extraction of white n black heads, use of high frequency machine to kill bacteria and Face mask  along with shoulder, hand and foot massage. It was really amazing and much more than I expected I am not sure which products she used over me though I even asked her but she said its all imported.

Eye Treatment: The eye treatment began with eye cleansing, application of serum followed by eye lifting massage and then eye mask.
The complete session took one hour and twenty minutes. I loved the eye treatment and the massage was super relaxing.

Pedicure: I choose to get the routine pedicure as I was getting late and didn’t have any more time. The attended understood and gave me super duper quick and nice pedicure with a little massage and  really nice OPI nail paint.

My final verdict: It is one of the best value facial great for people who have sensitive skin like me. My skin felt tighter, brighter and yes it really glowed for days. The attendant also recommended me the creams which I should use every day to keep my skin in right shape. Will I go there again?  Yes! One thing I forgot to mention The prices.. eeekkk!
Facial cost Rs: 2500
Eye Treatment cost: 900

This place looks very relaxing. I've never been to a facial before. I'd like to go at least once, to try it, but the prices are a bit of a turn off >.<

I'm glad you enjoyed your facial treatment, Nida. People like you who have sensitive skin should use mild skin care products only. Toners shouldn't have alcohol in it for it may cause inflammation. Facial massage should not also be done on areas of the skin that have broken blood vessels.
