Chicken Pakoray – Ramadan Special
Your kids are tired of eating same old Pakoras on daily basis this Ramadan? We have a very easy recipe of Chicken Pakoras that I am sure kids would enjoy.
Boil 2 chicken breasts with 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbs ginger garlic paste, salt to taste. Shred the chicken and add 4tbs gram flour, 4 tbs rice flour, 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves, handful of chopped mint leaves, 1 large onion chopped, 1 green chili chopped.
Mix all with the help of chicken stock until desired consistency of batter is formed.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Serve with mint chutney/raita.
