I have made a little rundown of items that are necessary  to survive the fatigue and stress of travelling. Keep in mind one can just bring 100ml of liquid items on-board.

Cabin air is very dry and has ability to make passengers skin dull and dry Lodge air is exceptionally dry hence something reviving and restoring like facial mists are life savers in circumstances like these.
