Mac n cheese:
Boil elbow Macaroni small size( i used medium sized according to availability). Strain, run tap water and keep aside. Take a pan and melt 2 tbs butter. When it melts add 2 tbs flour and mix well. Now add 1 cup milk and stir continuously ti dissolve the lumps if any. Add salt n black pepper to taste. Now add 1 beaten egg and stir continuously. After a while Add in the shredded boiled chicken(i used leftover baked chicken). Stir well. Add in macaroni and cheddar cheese. Mix and turn off the flame. Transfer the mixture into a pyrex dish and do topping with mozzarella cheese n bread crumbs. Bake at 180C till cheese melts. Serve hot !! HAPPY COOKING!!!
